- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆June 18, 2019, by Cody WarrenTerrible customer service. I bought a 4K bed from them 6 months ago. The remote broke and is covered under warranty. I reported it 6 weeks ago and still no remote. I have called them 16 documented times without any solution! Ive left 3 messages with the office of the President and still nothing. I highly recommend a different bed purchase with better customer service! Steer clear.
