- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆March 29, 2019, by PurpleReign1982I went in because my phone wasn't working properly. I was greeted and assisted immediately. There was no one else (customers) in the store. I explained what was going on. I wasn't offered an explanation of what my be wrong with my phone. It wasn't even plugged up to the machine. I was told of other cell phones that were available and prepaid options. Then as I'm leaving, the sales person tried to upscale me with Direct TV Now. I won't be retuning to this location.
