  Staff are nice, but make huge mistakes and do not really know how to do their jobs. After adding my family to my plan about 2 months ago, they are STILL trying to fix a problem with an extra line and their main customer service cannot fix it only the store manager at the store where I added the lines. Two billing cycles later I am STILL paying for an extra line. I have had other issues with AT&T and as soon as my contract is up I will go back to T-Mobile whether or not they have better coverage in my area.

  This location cost our family plan a BOGO smartphone deal because the rep didn't submit the changes correctly. And when confronted, the rep awkwardly stands afar, acting like he doesn't recognize us. They also refuse to help you over the phone. What's the point? This location is apparently a non-corporate site, "authorized retailer". Just go to the legit AT&T store up the road and skip this location. You'll be glad you did.
