    I had a horrible experience at this Swarovski location. The staff at this location are extremely rude. I bought a ring and the crystals fell out after not owning it for even a month. I brought it back to get a new one and when they didn't have my size in the store they ordered a new one and said it would take 2 weeks. After over 3 weeks of not hearing anything I called to ask for an update. The sales representative was very rude and short with me when I asked for an update and simply told me they would call me when my ring was ready. I heard nothing for another week so I called again and they told me there was a back up because of the holidays and there was nothing she could do about it. She did not apologize for the lack of communication and once again told me it would take 2 weeks to receive my ring when it had been an entire month since I ordered a new one. At this point they had my ring longer than I ever even owned it and I wanted my money back since the ring was damaged and they had not been in contact with me. The sales rep refused and so I decided to call corporate headquarters. They were not of any help. Finally, when my ring was ready to pick up I spoke to the manager of the store and she was also very rude. She argued with me that it takes 4-6 weeks to receive a special order and that there was no way that any sales associate would have told me any different. However, she was missing the point that it wasn't that I was upset that it took longer than 2 weeks but it was the lack of communication with me when I called and the attitude towards me that was not appropriate. She did not once apologize for the confusion and inconvenience it caused me and was doing everything she could to get me to leave to store. This store is supposed to be a luxury experience and I received everything BUT that. Needless to say I will NOT be shopping at this location or any other Swarovski again because this store has completely ruined my view of this company. I would not recommend buying anything from this store. They do not care about their customers or the quality of their employees.
