  I stopped to get coffee and cigarettes this morning. As I don't frequent this store finding the speedy rewards machine was a slight task. Having said that it took forever for the machine to read my card.When I asked the cashier if there was a problem with it scanning because it wasn't working for me. She did you have to scan your card. Well that's what I did in the first place.There was no offer of assistance just a smart ass attitude. Finally the machine read my card and I redeemed the points I wanted. The coffee station obviously had been restocked as there was no hot cocoa the area was DIRTY. Eventually I made it to the cashier to buy cigarettes and redeem my points for coffee. The prices for cigarettes are no great deal you can do better at Krogers. I asked for a pack of Newport REDS and got Menthol instead. She then had to give me the difference back. I've been to many Speedways and have to say this is the poorest customer service I've encountered at any of them! I honestly have no intentions of coming back to this location. The only reason I did was because it was a matter of convenience. First impressions are everything and this was a fail for me. It may not matter that I'm just one person but the power of the internet is an amazing thing ! Get on the BALL with your Customer Service!
