  There clothes and sales are great however their customer service is terrible. I realize that whenever I shop I never leaving feeling I've been valued or appreciated. I walk away from Old Navy feeling like they could care less if you shop there or not. I don't know if that's with all Old Navy stores but I know that at this one by the mall it is a frequent experience. It's to the point I don't know if I will shop there anymore.

  I drove an hour to old navy to exchange some clothes I had ordered online for clothes that I like. Because money is tight I was going to use the exchanged money for my purchases. When I got there I was told that you cannot exchange online items for in store items. I can completely respect policy, but the associate then told me that it was fine as long as I stayed within the same budget as the return items. I went shopping for about an hour, found, budgeted, and tried on all the clothes I wanted. I then went to the register and was told I cannot do the transaction. I then had to put all my clothes back, and leave empty handed. As I said I can respect policy, but I really wished I was informed correctly to save the time and trouble
