  I will never recommend this store to anyone, in fact I will tell people not to come here. I have recently bought all the supplies for a fish including a 1 gallon fish bowl, fish food, chlorine drops, rocks, and a plant for the bowl. I asked for help from multiple people in the store and no one would help me. There was 1 girl working back in the fish section and when I asked her a question, she gave me short answers and seemed annoyed that I was asking for help. After a few days went by, I then realized that I no longer wanted this fish anymore so I came back into the store and was talking to an employee who was kind and after I was told that these items could not be returned, I asked to speak to a manager. This manager would not give me her name and the first words to come out of her mouth were rude and she obviously had an attitude for no apparent reason. I explained my situation to her and she continuously was rude. I told her that I wanted to return all of these items which were NOT BROKEN or they were in PERFECT condition. On the bottom of the receipt, it CLEARLY states that "merchandise can be returned with a receipt", well they do NOT honor this even if you have the receipt or not. I did bring the fish back in and they decided that they would take the fish back and not refund me for the fish, but they would also put them back into their original tank with all of the other goldfish. They then claimed that they could not take my fishbowl back because it could be contaminated BUT they put my fish back into the tank!!!!!! Hannah was one of the managers that I spoke with and she was absolutely RUDE. As a customer, I expect to be talked to in a respectful manner because I was not being difficult or rude in trying to return the fish bowl. I will NEVER be back into this store because of the awful customer service and they do not honor their return policy.
