The area has a curve to it so wanted to pick it up, see if it fits and return it within 90 minutes if it wouldn't work. Mattress Firm was going to charge me $79.95 for a return trucking fee even though I never even made the bed up and never used delivery service. Free 120 night guarantee is certainly misleading. With that kind of "service" I will never buy a mattress there when I need an expensive one. It's all in the customer service.
