  This review is a warning to people. Lexington Overstock offers great furniture at great prices and I can't and won't say anything bad about that. The problem is that the bank they use to do financing will deny you credit for having too many recent inquiries even if you have great credit and a high income. This isn't a problem if you are just looking for some new furniture, but if you are moving to the area it can be! I was moving to Lexington so I had my credit checked by the auto dealer, auto loan bank, apartments, my new job, and a few other places all relating to moving. I also wanted to finance the thousands of dollars of new furniture I needed for my new apartment. When they said my credit was denied I was shocked. Like I said, great credit and high income aren't going to guarantee financing if you are moving to the area. I waited to receive the letter their bank sends before writing this review just to make sure that was why it was denied and sure enough "Too many inquiries" was the only reason they gave. Sure, it's not exactly Lexington Overstock's fault, but they know many of their customers are moving to the area so they should make sure the bank they use for financing won't deny credit based on this reason. Lastly, despite being told by my sales rep that because I was buying a lot of stuff that they would certainly be able to give a good discount, the manager barely approved any discount in the end. Again, they have good prices, but this is just another warning that if your rep says you will get a great discount, don't believe them until you actually see what the discount is.
