  Went there with a problem with a metal watch band. Two weeks later they hadn't called, so I called them. Yes, it was ready, so I went to pick it up. Stood for, by their clock, 20 minutes while they polished settings and appraised a diamond. The only reason I was waited on at all was some other folks came into the store and I told them what was going on. To make a long story short, their "repairs" made my watch unusable. In my personal opinion, run away from this establishment and don't look back!

  Family owned for over 40 years! A tradition in Lexington! Great selection and even better customer service! I have had jewelry sized, repaired, and of course NEW pieces too! The owners are always so helpful! Been shopping here for nearly 20 years!
