  Do NOT open an account with this company. Our first bill was not mailed until AFTER the due date, which created an automatic late fee. We also never received any other statements or late notices from them EVER. Even though payments were made on time, the card continued to rack up late fees and interest from the initial late bill. With no notice EVER, we didn't catch this until months later, after $280 in fees and interest accrued. Even when I could prove that the first bill was postmarked three days AFTER the due date, the CHILDREN'S PLACE and CITIBANK refused to accept fault and would only credit $80 of the erroneous $280 in bogus fees. We will NEVER again conduct any business with THE CHILDREN'S PLACE or CITIBANK.
