  Just want to say that this place has proven to be a complete joke. I recently purchased a new remote starter for my car and paid for the geek squad installation. These guys clearly don't know what they are doing. So not only did I spend over $300 on the product but now my 2012 vehicle has electrical issues that did not exist before. The worst part is the customer service. Unfortunately trying to get this taken care of is going to be time consuming and the employees are just completely unhelpful. I will never recommend Best Buy or their inferior Geek Squad services to anyone.

  Site to store order , walked into store ask for site pickup, gentlemen pointed. Me in the right direction. Was I and out of store in less than 5 minutes. EXCELLENT SERVICE
