  Don't even talk to them. Not even once. They've been calling me several times a week for FIVE YEARS, despite being on the do-not-call registry, the number being a cell phone, and having asked every single time I mistakenly pick up the phone (they call from new numbers, even when I block the ones I know), to STOP CALLING ME. On top of the harassment, they overcharge, don't honor warranties, their installers are terrible (never hooked up the water for my drier's steam settings, and the washer was installed so imbalanced that it put dents in the wall of my laundry room the first time I ran it). This is almost par for the course in the rent-to-own business, though there are better options in town. The phone harassment is what really pushes them into a category of their own. Not worth it. I can't believe I'm actively writing a review about how much I regret a decision I made in 2012, but they're STILL calling me, unsolicited. I just filed FTC and FCC complaints.

  Although the service was decent each time I called, I had a huge problem with delivery once I got near my final payment in the contract. The entire 2 years I've made the payments (on time & early) plus that extra obligatory monthly fees incase you move (they'll move your furniture for you free) they came up with MANY false excuses (bad weather, busy schedule, manager not in, employees not available) several times when I called as why they couldn't move my furniture to the new home I purchased which was only 2 miles down the road & in the same city. Finally I gave up calling and asking & had to rent and pay for a UHAUL by myself! I paid Aaron's extra mandatory fee for 24 months for absolutely NO reason except for them to make an EXTRA PROFIT on me!!! I'll never do business with Arron's again and will get anything I ever need from Rent-A-Center or elsewhere!!!!
